Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

...and I write the wrong pinyin, and the answer appears, I can still wright the correct pinyin in the box and it will become green=correct...but does it count as a correct answer or a wrong answer? I think it's helpful do type in the correct pinyin, because repeating the answer helps me remembering it, but will the answer count as right or wrong? I want it to count as a wrong since I got it wrong before I actually saw the answer.

I just re-type my answer but don't 'enter' it - so it still is counted as wrong but I get the practice of writing it correctly

Yes, this was not my intuition either but I've learned to live with it. I guess the idea is that if you make a typo you can correct it right there in the text box.

If you want it marked wrong, you can always use the grading button(s).

Simply clicking the next-button the answer stays "wrong". I always write the correct pinyin for practice, too.
