Anything need fixing before the holidays?

nick   December 15th, 2008 3:42p.m.

It occurs to me that we've got about a week left before we're going to take off and visit families for a bit over a week. And it's not allowed to work on holidays.

I know of a ton of minor bugs that need to get fixed, and a bunch of little changes and features that are overdue for existence. But is there anything that's really cramping your style, that you'd really wish we'd fix sooner rather than later? Feel free to repeat anything you've said in bug reports; just trying to measure pain, here.

We'll probably be heavy into server-side stuff this week except for things mentioned here, so: if you can see it, it's probably not on this week's list yet.

Not sure whether I should even say it...but there isn't anything mind boggling from my side (this sort of feedback is surely better than no feedback).

enjoy your holidays!

I'm still working on a decent defect report of the duplicate question issue I've been on to for about a week. It is not critical, so I better come with a good report during the weekend that you can munch on in January. Happy holidays! We love you all!

When I click practice, it just shows the grey screen below. There's nothing else I can click to get it started. I'm using Firefox 2.x and tried using IE but it won't let me set my ClickPass password. Everytime I do so, it just doesn't record so I can not try with IE. Any thoughts?

For reference, an older version of Flash Player was causing HughChen's problem. So if you see the gray screen instead of the Flash window, try to upgrade to Flash Player 9 or 10.

I know it's Christmas Day and therefore, this can't be fixed *before* the holidays, but, when working working with the Traditional characters, the program says that 没 is the correct form of mei3 which negates the verb 有. This is the simplified form. The proper Traditional form is 沒 which has 刀 on top of the 又 part of the character instead of 几。 I know this is a *very* small gripe, but every time I enter the character correctly not thinking about it, the program says that I'm wrong... which is annoying!

Other than this *tiny* problem, I'm loving Skritter! Keep up the good work! 加油!
