Professor is effective

dbkluck   April 6th, 2011 9:27p.m.

I was just about to post complaining about the psychologically demoralizing effect of having 10-12 reviews on the review bar, and vainly trying to clear them while Skritter just keeps showing me old ones and increasing the number of reviews due like Lucy pulling away the football. The professor then helpfully referred me to the FAQ about it, "Sometimes the Review Bar Isn't Exact, What Gives?" which assuaged my concern.

I guess the Professor didn't avoid a post in this case, since I'm posting anyway, but to whoever coded him, it seems pretty effective. Kudos.

This is funny, because I was just wondering about the same thing (with the review bar) -- thanks! (go Professor!!)

Glad to hear that the professor is rocking socks. I spent more than a month content mining our support tickets to get it to work and its comforting to hear that it's actually helping!

Yeah, the professor is very useful. I wanted to check the default intervals for different buttons, and instead of looking through the FAQ I simply typed "What are the default intervals?" and the professor gave me a direct link to the answer. :)
