how does the twitter connection work exactly? When does it send tweets? Do I do so manually whenever I want to?

I linked my account, but after doing so can't find any settings related to twitter.

Your progress reminder interval is set to seven days, with the next in two days. You have hooked up your Twitter account, but it's not enabled--the "Tweet my progress" box is unchecked. It tweets as you automatically with your progress for the last interval.
