闹 - stroke order

gattosilvestro   June 9th, 2009 8:14a.m.

I think the stroke order of 闹 is wrong. The first stroke is 竖 and the second is 点.
In my experience the stroke order for 门 is first 点 and after 竖.
Maybe the problem originate from MDGB。 Both for 闹 and 门 (and maybe also for other characters, I didn't check) the stroke order is different between "writing (animated)" and "writing", check the following links:

Yeap, I agree with you gattosilvestro.
Skritter should fix these, the correct way is with the dot first.

Yes! In 草书, the dot and the stroke are written together. If the stroke is written first, then it's impossible to write the dot.

We have not fixed them all yet, but we mean to support both orders, so point them out with a beta comment when you see ones that don't support dot-first.

I've fixed 闹, thanks!
