subscription and malfunctions

what will you guys do related to skritter not functioning or having some bugs or having slow speeds for paid subscribers.

I will probably take a 1 or 2 year subscription so it won't be that big a deal but i can imagine if you are a one month subscriber and you have three days that you are unable to practice, they will not be happy to lose 10 percent of their subscription time.

I know bugs are usually solved very fast, but even somebody who practices everyday at a certain time and can;t because of a temporary problem, get's a little bit screwed.

by the way, i'm getting stuck on 阿迪达斯 with no way of getting past the 迪, reloading helps but after a few reviews it's back to Adidas

We aim to give everyone exactly what they paid for! To that end, we'll extend any user's subscription by the number of days they were unable to use it, rounded up (so an hour off will net you a day, for example). Just let us know what the error was and how long it affected you and we'll credit your account the appropriate number of days, as long as you were paying for those days, or it was during your free trial period. This info is on the billing page, btw, under 'Downtime Policy'.

As for your bug, I just moved the item's scheduled time forward to the middle of next month so that it shouldn't come up again soon (unless you stop adding from lists). It looks like Nick is going to have to take a look at it when he gets back in about a week, but you should be able to continue practicing now. I'll tack on another day to your account for the trouble.
