Skritter and Apple TV?

zhangyanglu   November 12th, 2013 10:20a.m.

Guys,
is there anybody skrittering on his TV?
I was thinking that it could make fun to mirror the iphone screen on a big screen with Apple TV...
Any experience so far?

. . . and people said the iPad made them feel like they were painting bill boards. How about Skritter + Wii? Make big dramatic strokes in the air and see them on the big screen. Skritter + Google Glasses? (somebody else already proposed). Lots of possibilities.

I've tried it and it's fun for like five minutes but the problem is that the audio is not exactly synchronised to what's happening on the screen.

I teach with a Smart TV and I have used Apple TV only to show the students how to use the app and other flash card programs in conjunction with our curriculum. I haven't spent much time other than that since it only mirrors. Even though the Smart TV has touch controls, it won't register on the app, so it's kind of pointless unless you want a group of people to all see the screen at once. It was a lot of looking up at the TV and then back down at the phone to mash a button and then back up to the TV. Ended up just looking at the phone a lot instead of the screen.

Ok, thanks folks! Pitty that it's not as cool as I imagined.
