Android app

Hi there,
I'm taking baby steps with the Android app beta. I have two questions:

- How do I sync the progress?
- The app reads each character out aloud *before* I write them, even when the Pinyin is hidden. How can I avoid this without disabling the audio entirely?

Syncing on the Android app happens automatically every 5-10 reviews if the device is online while you're studying. You can also force the application to sync by pressing the sync button located on the Android home screen, which we would recommend doing before studying again on the web or your iOS device.

The Android app shouldn't be reading the character before you've written it while Pinyin is hidden. I've opened an issue for it on GitHub so we can get that fixed! The created issue can be found here: https://github.com/skritter/skritter-html5/issues/290

Ah I see, I guess I should have waited for a little longer for the sync.
Where does feedback for the app belong? Is this forum OK?

Yes, you can post in this forum or you could even just keep replying to this thread.

OK then; is there an option for zooming out? I find that the canvas is a little too big for a 10" screen.

Right now there isn't a way to zoom out on tablets, but I do agree that on 10" screens it's almost overwhelmingly large. I've created an issue for this one here:
