I was wondering if the Skritter Gtalk bot is still working. I've tried to add few words but I got nothing in my list.

What is the command?

Try switching the address of the bot by replacing skrit with write-way. (What is the address you're using, by the way?)

The command should be "add 例子", where 例子 is some word you want to add.

If that doesn't work, then I'm not entirely surprised, as it hasn't been maintained in a long time due to little use.
