Anyone else getting the message:


"500 Server Error: Something broke on our end.

Programmers have been dispatched to deal with this problem immediately.

For support or if you'd like to know when all is well, you can contact us directly."

I get this when I try to study, the rest of the site seems OK - but the point of SRS is that you study....

I tried on www.skritter.com and www.skritter.cn (which for some reason I need to use at work) and both do the same. I tried to go to the study all page without going through the study page, but can't get there either.

Any idea on timescale for a fix?

It's working for me, are you in China?

I'm in the UK. And it's still broken :(

It looks like a problem with a vocab list going missing. Scott has restored it, so it should be working again. Sorry about that!

I'm back! I'm back! Thank you so much. Too tired now to skritter, but tomorrow.... ;)

And, just to say how wonderful it is that within 3 hours of reporting it, I have a personlised email back from the team, and a message on the forum. I love the 'smallness' of skritter, and while I want you to be a huge success, I kinda don't want to lose the personal touch along the way.
