Samsung Galaxy Note Skritter

This phone is made for Skritter, it's screen is wacom (whatever that is) and comes with a stylus. I'm buying a Note 2 anyway and wonder is there any way to get skritter working properly, can you emulate ios running skritter yet? Or is there any other workarounds?
How come the skritter team don't just outsource the development of skitter android? It's so frustrating, and not one bit good for consumers :\

Sorry, we don't have any sort of Android app yet. Have you seen any of the forum threads talking about getting the web Flash version running on Android? (It's not supported any more and often is very buggy, but sometimes it can be made to work serviceably.) Here's a current thread discussing it, and there are many more: http://www.skritter.com/forum/topic?id=442492169

If we were to find someone we felt confident could do a good Android version for us, we'd move forward on that. (If any readers are interested in working on such a project, email me.)

You guys know that iOS makes up only about 30% of the market?
You should really consider making an app. I'm willing to pay 15 bucks a month, but definitely not for the desktop version. Stroking is much more convenient on a touch display - additionally, a lot of people have to study on the go because of their workload.
I asked around in my chinese class. We're 40 somewhat people, 2 have an Iphone and 14 would be interested in buying Skritter - for Android.
