Subscription won't activate

Just got a one month subscription and am told that it hasn't been downloaded, how do I go about activating my new subscription to download new words?

Sorry about that! Is this the iOS app, and did you make the purchase through the App Store? Also, are you sure you're logging into the correct account? (You can change accounts via Settings>Account). It's possible you could restore the time via the "restore purchases" setting, otherwise I can manually add the time for you.

hi thanks for getting back to me.

i'm using iOS 6.1.3 and purchased through the app itself so I'm sure the account was correct. Tried re-installing the skritter app. still showing message already purchased but not downloaded yet.

Adding time manually would save me a lot of trouble,

Thanks for the help,

Luke

Sure thing-- I've added the month's time plus a couple extra weeks for the trouble to your account, so you should be good to go!
