Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

i would like to completely erase all of the 'made by me' lists i produced a couple months ago when i was using skritter on a trial basis. i am going to by the iphone sub, and would like to start with it w/o clutter. how does one erase previously added lists etc?

Click on the "my words" tab near the top of the web page. On the left hand selection bar, there is a "delete all" button which will clear all of your cards. Then, you can load in whatever you want to start fresh.

Best,

That removes your progress, by the way. If you want to actually clear out the lists themselves, you can do that from the list page, on the left side. Then it will no longer appear in your list of custom lists (though you can always undelete the list).
