Six String Samurai

Just saw a quote from six string samurai, weird that one of you guys has seen it. Can't say I would've remembered the quote without the tooltip but I definitely started laughing once it popped up.

Unrelated note, am I the only one whose tones always report as a negative number on the e-mail/twitter updates? At first I thought maybe I really lost a couple tones, but I've been adding negative tones every week for a long time now :)

I can't answer the tone question (that sounds like something for Scott or Nick), but I was the one who put the Six String Samurai quote in the original recipe bar. I'm something of a cinemaphile, so I've seen a whole lot pretentious independent films. :)

Whatever, George, I totally put the Six String Samurai quotes in there. Unless we both put some in there.

Don't be surprised that we've seen any cult classic. I've seen it independently in two different contexts, and George saw it once. It's well-saturated. Next we'll throw in some from Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter.

Negative number of tones, hmm? I always seem to learn 160-169 tones, which does seem a little weird, I guess, now that I think about it. Looking at the code, I see the mistake! It's subtracting how many tones you knew a week ago from how many characters you know instead of how many tones you know. Oops!

Will upload that fix later today--good eye!

Yeah mine generally says something like "You also learned 1057 characters' tones" when in fact I am not studying the tones on Skritter.
