Recently I got a new computer. FWIW, it's currently running the latest updates of Firefox and Flash on OSX. I've installed the wacom tablet plugin, but I still get the "additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" warning from firefox every time I load the study page, and the plugin doesn't work (I don't get pressure sensitivity and so forth), even though the wacom tablet plugin is installed and enabled according to Firefox.

My old computer worked fine with the plugin, though it was running XP. Any ideas on how to fix the issue I'm having now? If not, is there any way to get rid of the warning message in Firefox? It's kind of annoying when it pops up every time I load the study page.

The plugin doesn't work on Mac. You can disable Skritter from trying to load it by clicking the settings gear while on the study page and disabling the Use Wacom Plugin option.

Sorry if I was curt--trying to get through quite a lot of feedback today and don't always get the right tone!
