Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

It is ROT13 but I did not see the need for that on those messages, they are rather harmless. Are they really needed to be scrambled with this easy conversion? The great firewall is anyhow decoding this by default. We seems to have a very bad connection now during the Chinese new year so the pages, even on .cn is often not loaded properly, leading to this and other fun side effects.
