Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

The Japanese iOS App could especially use some reviews so that it gets enough for a star rating in search results.

For that matter, probably want to build an occasional prompt into the app that asks users to rate or review. This works wonders in getting review numbers up, and is totally common and accepted practice.

That's built in. It doesn't show up until you're a month in though, so we won't be seeing them for Japanese until the beginning of October. We also have a link in the 'about' screen in the help section.
