Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Adding words from Chinesepod

I recently signed up for Chinesepod and have been adding my vocab to Skritter automatically. However my list seems to have blocked at 100 items, no matter how many times I press the update button. How can I get around this problem? Will I have to tag words by sets of 100 or create lists on Skritter manually?

skritter stops adding new words when you still have to review the existing pile.
that might be the reason for not adding in your case.

The API only fetches the first 100, for efficiency and simplicity. I'll add it to my list to fix this, but in the meanwhile the only way to get the tagged lists to work is to break them down into multiple tags.
