Merge lists

Hi there,
I was looking for a way to merge some of my custom lists. This would allow my to consolidate some of the vocab I have learned. This would really help to keep my lists chaos, which is now rapidly developing, under control at least a little bit.

I search in the forum did not bring anything up. Is there such a possibility or would I have to go through the exporting and then re-importing into a new list?

Thanks for your feedback.

Stephan

I have a related question - I'd rather split up one big list into multiple smaller ones (e.g., each section becomes its own list). What's the quickest way to do this?

There's no built in mechanism for splitting or merging lists. The easiest way to do what you want though would probably be to export your list/lists, edit them in a text editor or word processor, then make a new list or set of lists.

To export your list, go to that list, click the advanced tab (next to the sections and cram tabs), and click 'export this list into a portable format'.
