Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Account expired won't go away!

Hi. My account is on auto-renew. It's not expired. But the home screen still says that my account is expired and it will not let me add words! How can I fix this?

Are you logged into the same account on your iOS device as the one you're paying for? You can always try going into the Settings - Account and find the account management option and try restoring purchases, if you paid through iTunes.
