Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

Difference between 卖 and 出售?

卖 and 出售 both seem to mean sell. When do the Chinese use one and when do they use the other?

卖 is the one you'd want to use most of the time. 售 is used more formally, esp in 销售 (sales), 零售 (retail), 售后 (after sales, eg ～服务)
