I've identified at least one bug (with the font handling) that we'll need to switch to Flash Player 10 to fix. Right now Skritter is targeted at Flash Player 9, but some bugs aren't actually fixed unless the application requires the higher version.
Only 3% of visitors are currently using Flash Player 9 (the other 97% are on 10). Flash Player 10 is better, more secure, more stable, has less bugs, and will allow us to do some new things with the code. So I want to switch us over and require it.
Question: for those running Flash Player 9, is there anything preventing you from upgrading, given some warning? I don't want to strand anyone, but we must progress.
